Imagine yourself undertaking challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects, **and being responsible for:** * Defining the strategic framework for Mercado Libre’s operations, considering the needs of our customers and operations. * Establishing comprehensive production/logistics planning for operations across all of Latin America, defining long-term vision and coordinating day-to-day execution of the proposed plan. * Managing a team composed of Supervisors (direct management) and Team Leaders (indirect management), ensuring development, alignment with MELI’s DNA, performance monitoring, and control of turnover and absenteeism metrics. * Designing tools and logic to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction in the outbound process. * Acting as the point of resolution for critical operational bottlenecks, coordinating with cross-functional areas to unblock execution. **What are the required qualifications for this position?** * Proven experience managing large-scale logistics or industrial operations. * Analytical capability to manage budgets and quality metrics. * Resilient profile with focus on people management and development of high-performance teams. * Ability to navigate across different areas to resolve complex problems. * Availability to work onsite in Cajamar \- SP.
