If you are a PCD (Person with Disability) and meet the requirements and are interested, join our team of Yellow-Blooded Heroes and become the protagonist of a success story! **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Inspect and guide security guards across all Prosegur centers/sites, ensuring compliance with the contract established between the client and the company. * Coordinate benefit delivery to site employees. * Identify root causes of non-conformities and incidents. * Assess deficiencies related to equipment, administrative issues at sites, and personnel-related matters. * Develop, implement, and monitor site procedures. * Ensure adherence to all procedures defined with the client. * Conduct site inspections for clients, verifying individual guard appearance, uniform control, posture, behavior, and guard profiles as defined in procedures. * Inspect weapons and ammunition, arranging replacements and maintenance when required. * Perform critical analysis of operational procedures, evaluating service delivery and generating reports for problem assessment and correction. * Conduct preliminary risk assessments for service sites and periodic evaluations of their *status*. * Visit clients. * Verify vehicle usage conditions and inform the Supervisor for appropriate action. * Review the Incident Logbook maintained at service sites. **ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICATION:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree. * Updated Security Guard Training Certificate. * Driver’s license, Category B. * Intermediate computer skills. * People and conflict management skills. * Flexible availability. **WORK LOCATION:** PALMAS \- TO
