Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for operating material registry systems, handling requests, monitoring inventories, and supporting various warehouse administrative and operational activities. Everyone is very welcome here! **Want to be part of this story?** Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us in this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operating systems for recording material inflows and outflows; * Addressing and directing solutions to internal and external customer requests; * Monitoring inventory execution schedules; * Preparing inventories and making them available to warehouses involved across other cities; * Consolidating general information from Regional Warehouses; * Requesting, monitoring, and controlling team travel; * Supporting preparation of the Coordination’s annual budget (CAPEX and OPEX); * Supporting coordination of rotating and annual inventories at owned and third-party warehouses; * Performing material counts during inventories when necessary; * Supporting operational planning and strategies; * Purchasing various materials for use in operations; * Frequent contact with suppliers and internal customers; * Supporting operational cost control; * Organizing and maintaining files of various documents; * Issuing various invoices to support material transportation; * Performing general administrative tasks; * Executing material movement according to demand; * And others. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Experience in Warehouse operations. **Additional Information** Our **PEOPLE** are our greatest **ENERGY**.
