If you are driven by challenges and want to make a difference in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment, grow with us and positively impact the future of healthcare in Brazil! **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer Guidance: Provide technical guidance and continuous support to customers, delivering clear and detailed information on proper ERP usage * Customer and Employee Training: Develop and deliver training sessions for customers and employees covering key ERP modules and functionalities, focusing on daily work efficiency and fluency. * Incident Investigation and Documentation: Investigate and analyze technical support tickets, identifying root causes of issues reported by users. * Monitoring of Level 1 Ticket Queue: Monitor and manage the Level 1 ticket queue, ensuring all requests are addressed within established timeframes, * ERP Module Configuration and Basic Registrations: Be responsible for configuration and basic registrations of ERP modules related to the client's area of operation. * ERP and Microcomputer Installation and Updates: Perform ERP installation and updates, as well as microcomputer and peripheral installation and maintenance. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed Technical Education or ongoing Higher Education in Technology; * Experience in customer service, including technical and non-technical support; * Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Hospital ERP; * Experience conducting training sessions; * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Technical knowledge of microcomputer and peripheral installation and maintenance; * Driver's License (Class B, C, D, or E) and availability for road travel across the State of Tocantins; * Flexible working hours and availability for emergency support requests when necessary. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with healthcare systems; * Experience in Level 1 Support and ticket management/prioritization; * Knowledge of hospital processes, especially in Billing, Reception, Procurement, and Finance modules.
