




Job Summary: The professional will support the store manager in account evaluation, waste identification, third-party monitoring, and management of tax and procurement processes. Management and monitoring of third-party companies and procurement processes **Description:** **Education:** Completed Higher Education **Age Range:** Minimum 18 years old **Knowledge:** Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint) **Responsibilities:** Support the store manager in evaluating accounts Identify potential waste and/or excesses and implement actions to improve indicators Monitor and follow up on third-party companies’ work to ensure high-quality service delivery Review and jointly sign, with the store manager, service invoices, supplies invoices, and expense documents, and direct related actions Coordinate with department heads regarding purchase requests and supply requisitions for various departments Jointly monitor customer complaints registered in the Customer Service Center with management Experience in managing service outsourcing companies, service contracts, cost and budget management, expense reports (DRE – Statement of Income), performance indicators, preparation of results presentations, and procurement. 2512010202191779401
