Your typical day will include: * **Strategic Agenda Management:** Develop weekly plans and ensure efficient execution of scheduled visits. * **Demand Generation:** Conduct technical visits to prescribers to present the Group’s product and service portfolio, focusing on conversion and brand authority. * **Performance Focus:** Prioritize achieving and exceeding monthly performance targets and visitation KPIs. * **Market Expansion:** Prospect and identify new strategic prescribers, keeping your coverage maps updated and qualified. * **Networking and Relationship Building:** Strengthen ties with *stakeholders* and opinion leaders, reinforcing the Group’s reputation in the sector. * **Point-of-Sale (POS) Intelligence:** Visit Points of Sale (POS) to monitor results, identify opportunities, and align joint sell\-out actions. * **Data Management:** Report activities via spreadsheets and control systems to ensure seamless information flow to management. * **Event Engagement:** Actively promote, organize, and execute technical and commercial events within the area. * **Tactical Planning:** Develop monthly action plans and submit weekly performance reports, consolidating achieved results. What we seek in you: * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Pharmacy, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields. * **Experience:** Prior experience in medical detailing or commercial sales (pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus). * **Soft Skills:** Dynamic profile, sharp logical reasoning, and excellent negotiation and persuasion skills. * **Tools:** Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for indicator analysis).
