If you identify with our mission and have prior experience in the above-mentioned area, this opportunity may be right for you. The department requires a candidate with a **completed high school education.** Key responsibilities include: * Assist in the sieving process by supporting grain and dust cleaning to contribute to factory efficiency (daily); * Assist in the roasting process by removing coffee from the hopper and supporting cleaning efforts to contribute to factory efficiency (daily); * Assist in reprocessing by collecting products that deviate from standard weight and forwarding\-them to the grinding stage, as well as placing\-them into the machine to optimize resource utilization (daily); * Perform product palletization by collecting items from the conveyor belt, verifying expiration dates and packaging, stacking, checking quantities, applying stretch wrap, and delivering to the transfer area after verification by PCP or immediate management, to replenish finished goods inventory (daily); * Collect pallets for use by the production department in coordination with logistics to fulfill product palletization requirements (daily); * Assist in cappuccino manufacturing by weighing formulas, feeding raw materials into machines, loading packaging onto the filling machine, and placing filled packages into boxes to support factory efficiency (daily); * Assist in specialty coffee manufacturing by operating the valve feeder, sealing packages, and stacking produced items into bales to support factory efficiency (daily); * Clean the industrial area by blowing, washing, and collecting waste to maintain a healthy, organized environment compliant with GMP \- Good Manufacturing Practices (daily); * Carry out tasks related to the 5S program * Perform other duties related to the role as requested by immediate management. **Requirements** -------------- Completed high school education Proactivity Attention to detail Physical and manual agility Discipline Organization
