We provide advisory services to high-net-worth clients through excellence in relationship management, identifying their financial needs and new business opportunities while placing the client at the center and maximizing results/profitability with competence, responsibility, and ethics. Work model: In-person Unit: Palmas / TO **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Principal Relationship Manager II, you will work within the Principal division, performing the following key activities: * Deliver exceptional service to attract and retain clients, offering personalized and humanized experiences; * Manage a client portfolio with a focus on relationship building, profitability, and retention; * Identify business opportunities and offer comprehensive financial solutions, including investments, credit, and insurance; * Strategically attract funds from competitors; * Resolve conflicts and complaints with empathy, agility, and customer satisfaction as top priorities; * Monitor goals and performance indicators to ensure consistent delivery; * Collaborate with investment advisors and assistant managers to foster synergy in client service; * Represent the Principal segment with a consultative posture, sophistication, and deep technical expertise. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree; * Mandatory: Active CEA certification; * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; * Experience serving high-net-worth clients; * Experience managing portfolios and delivering consultative services; * Strong commercial acumen; * Solid knowledge of the financial market and investment products; * Clear communication skills and a consultative demeanor during client interactions, along with professional ethics and emotional intelligence to effectively engage diverse client and peer profiles.
