Proficiency in computer skills, including basic to intermediate Excel **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM\. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Perform hospital account billing (inpatient, emergency, outpatient, and HM); review physical and/or electronic medical records; analyze charges for materials, medications, fees, and services; verify authorizations and eligibility with health insurance providers; correctly apply coding systems such as CBHPM, TUSS, and current contracts; prepare and submit billing batches to health insurance providers; monitor pending items, returned claims, and administrative denials; support the organization and control of submission deadlines; interact with clinical departments to correct inconsistencies; and assist in preparing operational reports for the department. **Requirements:** Completed high school education. Prior experience in hospital or clinic billing. Basic knowledge of TUSS and CBHPM coding systems, as well as medical billing routines. Proficiency in computer skills, with basic to intermediate Excel competency.
