Maintenance and preservation of electrical and hydraulic equipment THE TRANSPORT SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE TRANSPORT NATIONAL TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** General Services Assistant **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as: dental, psychological, physical therapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal allowance and/or food voucher for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee's monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)' monthly fee covered by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the established schedule. A candidate opting not to assume the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** 44 hours per week **Salary:** R$ 2108\.33 **Unit:** TO 050 Highway, Plano Diretor Sul \| Palmas TO \- 77020179 **Job Summary:** Performs cleaning services in internal and external environments and on furniture at the Operational Unit; replenishes supplies in restrooms; cleans and organizes work materials; and provides support for events promoted by the Unit, contributing to an environment conducive to carrying out institutional activities. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed elementary education. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated through: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days after degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN CLEANING, LANDSCAPING, AND BUILDING MAINTENANCE. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, under penalty of document rejection. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated through: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), type of service performed, and description of activities carried out; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, including identification page and employer registration, clearly demonstrating relevance to the desired position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature correlating to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed in the services rendered, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience. **CURRICULUM CONTENT:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New orthographic agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Use of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement. **SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:** Basic hygiene and health concepts; workplace organization and cleaning. Safety concepts: Workplace accident prevention. Identification and use of tools and instruments related to job activities. Quality customer service. Workplace etiquette. Ethics.
