If you thrive on challenges and want to make a difference in a dynamic and continuously evolving environment, grow with us and positively impact the future of healthcare in Brazil! **Main Responsibilities:** * Customer Guidance: Provide technical guidance and ongoing support to customers, delivering clear and detailed information regarding proper ERP usage. * Customer and Employee Training: Develop and deliver training sessions for customers and employees, covering key ERP modules and functionalities, with emphasis on daily work efficiency and fluency. * Incident Investigation and Documentation: Investigate and analyze technical incidents, identifying root causes of issues reported by users. * Monitoring of Level 1 Queue: Monitor and manage the Level 1 incident queue, ensuring all requests are addressed within established timeframes. * ERP Module Configuration and Basic Data Entry: Responsible for configuration and basic data entry for ERP modules related to the client's area of operation. * ERP and Microcomputer Installation and Updates: Perform ERP installation and updates, as well as microcomputer and peripheral installation and maintenance. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed Technical Education or currently pursuing a Higher Education degree in Technology; * Experience in customer service, including handling both technical and non-technical requests; * Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Hospital ERP; * Experience conducting training sessions; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Technical knowledge of microcomputer and peripheral installation and maintenance; * Valid driver's license (categories B, C, D, or E) and availability for road travel across the state of Tocantins. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with healthcare systems; * Experience in Level 1 Support and incident management/prioritization; * Knowledge of hospital processes, especially in Billing, Reception, Procurement, and Finance modules.
