Proactivity and user-focused service **Position: Level 2 Support Agent – Vacation Coverage (Temporary)** -------------------------------------------------------------------- **Work Location:** Palmas/TO **Expected Start Date:** 05/04/2026 **Temporary Contract End Date:** 08/04/2026 * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00 (200 hours/month) **Salary:** R$ 2.819,73 **Meal Allowance:** R$ 642,81 (1% deduction) Life Insurance | SESC Benefit Program | GoGood ### **About the Position** We are looking for a professional to work as a **Level 2 Support Agent**, delivering specialized technical support to corporate IT users and ensuring quality and efficiency in second-level support services. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Handling IT service requests (Level 2), per the Service Catalog. * Remote and on-site support to users. * Diagnosis and resolution of microcomputing issues (hardware and software). * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment and software. * Creation and deployment of standardized operating system images. * Activation/testing of network points and structured cabling. * Technical support during sessions, voting processes, and institutional events. * Registration and documentation of support interactions in the system. ### **Mandatory Requirements** ✔ Technical course in IT **+ 2 years of proven experience** supporting corporate users **or** ✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT **+ 2 years of proven experience** ✔ Experience in corporate technical support ✔ Knowledge of hardware, software, and networks (TCP/IP) ✔ Technical English ✔ Advanced computer literacy ### **Required Certifications** * **HDI DAST or HDI DST** certification * Course on assembly and configuration of microcomputers (minimum 20 hours) * ITIL 4 training (or latest version) * Portuguese language course (minimum 20 hours) *Certifications may be submitted within 90 days after hiring.* ### **Behavioral Profile** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Organization and teamwork * Proactivity and initiative * Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure * Commitment and user-focused service orientation Minimum Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree
