Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for customer service, product and service presentation, quotation preparation, sales and after-sales management, as well as supporting inventory management. Key Highlights: 1. Consultative customer service and product/service presentation 2. Quotation preparation and sales closure 3. After-sales management, warranties, and inventory support 1\. Attend to and understand customer needs, presenting available products and services in-store according to the product catalog; 2\. Verify product availability in internal inventory and/or with pre-established external suppliers to deliver the service; 3\. Prepare the vehicle for in-store service, open the service order, and complete the vehicle checklist; 4\. Prepare and present quotations and commercial terms for purchase via system to finalize the sale, in accordance with internally established rules and predefined standards for each customer type (Standard, B2Fleet, Agreements, etc); 5\. Issue invoices to customers and manage warranties for products and services provided; 6\. Provide quotations for products and services through customer service channels. Proactively follow up on quotations received via remote channels, and respond to customers who requested quotes at the branch, using the systems provided for customer contact and appointment scheduling. 7\. Handle complaints regarding sold products and services, forwarding them to the responsible department for analysis when technical assessments are required—e.g., tire warranties. 8\.
