Responsible for receiving, storing, displaying, and restocking products such as cheeses, cured meats, butter, and similar items, ensuring quality, freshness, shelf life, and proper presentation. Performs cleaning and sanitation of the department, monitors equipment temperatures, and ensures product preservation in compliance with food safety regulations. Provides courteous counter service to customers, assisting with product selection and answering questions. Requires completion of elementary education, attention to detail, proactivity, and availability to work rotating shifts.
