Job Summary: The professional will conduct property inspections, prepare detailed reports, identify irregularities, and assist clients and tenants, ensuring standardization and monitoring repairs. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct detailed entry and exit inspections of properties. 2. Prepare technical reports with photos and descriptions. 3. Assist clients and tenants by clarifying the property's condition. ***Responsibilities*** **Conduct initial, entry, and exit inspections:** * Thoroughly inspect properties prior to leasing, documenting their condition. * Conduct final inspections to verify any damages or alterations to the property upon contract termination. **Prepare inspection reports:** * Record detailed information regarding the property’s structure, finishes, electrical systems, and plumbing systems. * Use photos and technical descriptions to support the inspection findings. **Identify and report irregularities:** * Identify potential structural issues, water infiltration, cracks, leaks, or any other damage to the property. * Report non-conformities to responsible parties and suggest corrective actions when necessary. **Assist clients and tenants:** * Accompany tenants and property owners during inspections, addressing questions about the property’s condition. * Explain inspection criteria and ensure all parties are aware of the property’s condition. **Ensure inspection standardization:** * Follow criteria and procedures established by the real estate agency to maintain consistency in reports. * Meet deadlines for conducting inspections. **Monitor repairs and renovations when required:** * Supervise minor repairs requested by property owners prior to leasing. * Confirm that the property is ready for new tenants.
