Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic networks, hydrosanitary systems, painting, carpentry, joinery, metalwork, and masonry, according to area of qualification. Ensure preservation, repairs, and maintenance of facilities, guaranteeing functionality and safety of premises.
