Description

Job Summary: Supplier management and relationship, procurement planning, inventory monitoring, and oversight of Facilities routines. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in supplier management and administrative routines. 2. Monitoring of corrective, preventive, and building maintenance. 3. Management of facility improvements and conservation. **Responsibilities** * Supplier management and relationship; * Plan, schedule, and monitor procurement to ensure adequate supply and necessary replenishment; * Monitor inventory levels; * Oversee cleaning and reception team routines; * Manage facility improvements and conservation of building installations. * Monitor and schedule corrective, preventive, and building maintenance (electrical, hydraulic, civil, and fire protection). * Control and monitor Facilities KPIs for the area; * Develop and monitor Area Policies and Normatives; * Control and process payments for the area; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Administration (completed or in progress). * Prior experience in administrative routines, facilities, or support areas. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Experience managing people and/or third-party vendors. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior knowledge of ERP Senior \- Mega * Strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
