This professional will play an essential role in supporting operations, ensuring that building infrastructure remains in appropriate condition for use, in compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and internal procedures. If you have experience in building maintenance, a strong sense of responsibility, and enjoy working in a dynamic industrial environment, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective building maintenance activities to guarantee facility functionality and safety; * Carry out carpentry, masonry, painting, electrical, and plumbing services as required; * Identify needs for repairs, improvements, and replacement of building components; * Create, update, and monitor maintenance work orders; * Request and manage materials, tools, and supplies necessary for task execution; * Comply with and promote company safety norms, policies, and procedures; * Ensure confidentiality of information and adherence to the Code of Conduct; * Collaborate closely with Production, Occupational Safety, and other support departments. **Key Activities:** * Conduct preventive maintenance through inspections, checks, and cleaning of buildings and equipment; * Execute planned and unplanned corrective maintenance, ensuring rapid response to demands; * Test functionality of electrical, hydraulic, and structural components after interventions; * Conduct material take-offs and record technical information on work orders; * Follow Work Instructions (WIs) and Service Orders (SOs) related to safety; * Support specific facility improvements aimed at enhancing infrastructure efficiency and durability. **Mandatory Requirements:** **Education:** * Completed High School. * NR-35 Certification **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance, civil construction, or related fields. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Basic computer skills; * Knowledge of building electrical systems; * Knowledge of building plumbing systems. **Work Location:** Rua Vicente Canestraro, 697 – Colombo/PR Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Meal Allowance * Christmas Basket * Career Development Program * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) * Day Off * Life Insurance * Pharmacy Benefit * Study Grant * Dental Plan * Health Insurance * On-site Meals * Funeral Assistance
