PROCESS ANALYST (Abler)

The company is seeking a Process Analyst in Curitiba. Abler is a company specializing in technological solutions and innovation, offering services aimed at optimizing processes and improving business efficiency. **Responsibilities:** Develop manufacturing routings and processes. Create and review Work Instructions. Establish process parameters (cutting, bending, welding, machining, and painting). Provide support during the launch of new products (APQP / PPAP). Monitor process try\-out and validation. Conduct time studies and line balancing. Minimize rework and waste. Implement productivity improvements. Participate in root cause analyses (8D / Ishikawa / 5 Whys). Interact with customer quality teams. Provide technical support to the shop floor. Define welding fixtures, bending tools, and infrastructure required for product manufacturing. Monitor KPIs: OEE, efficiency, waste, RFT. Previous experience as a Process Specialist, Process Consultant, Process Coordinator, or Process Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
