Material delivery and dispatch **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or completed higher education/technical degree in related fields (WAREHOUSING/ADMINISTRATION/LOGISTICS); Must reside near or have easy access to the industrial district; Prior experience is required; Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; **Responsibilities:** Receive materials, equipment, and products, verifying quantities, quality, and invoices, and recording information in inventory control systems; Organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring items are stored appropriately according to their characteristics and individual product requirements; Fulfill internal departmental requests by distributing materials per requisitions, ensuring each area receives what it needs for its operations; Maintain inventory control by recording receipts and issuances, updating information in computerized systems, and conducting periodic inventories to ensure data accuracy; Ensure the integrity of stored materials by implementing security and preservation measures to prevent losses, damage, or misplacement; Handle material delivery and receipt, supplying requested materials to production; Load transport vehicles with machines and equipment for dispatch; Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivered materials; Unload incoming products, identify products by customer, and store materials; Maintain stock organization; Keep the warehouse organized and clean to facilitate material location, movement, and site safety; Comply with safety regulations and company procedures.
