Job Summary: This role supports the Legal Department with administrative tasks, process management, and report preparation, interacting with attorneys and external law firms. Key Highlights: 1. If you are driven by challenges and want to transform passion into motion, join Yamaha and **generate Kando** for people every day. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform administrative tasks for the Legal Department; * Support attorneys in managing litigation and advisory portfolios; * Monitor and track administrative and judicial deadlines; * Maintain and update internal process management software (administrative and judicial) and contract systems; * Prepare, analyze, and update departmental management reports; * Develop and monitor legal indicators and dashboards; * Interact with law firms and third-party professionals; * Control, verify, and validate departmental payments; * Create internal communications materials and legal training content; * Support other related and routine activities of the Legal Department. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Law degree program in progress, from the 3rd semester onward; * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Basic English proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------- * Familiarity with **Legal Design** tools for creating visual materials, announcements, and training (e.g., Canva). **Additional Information** “The *YAMAHA Group maintains its own channel to publish job opportunities.
