If you are driven by challenges and want to transform passion into motion, join Yamaha and **create Kando** for people every day. **Responsibilities and Duties** The **Facilities** intern within the **Human Resources** area will support operational and administrative activities related to infrastructure and employee well-being, ensuring proper functioning of corporate services and spaces. **Facilities Management Support:** * Assist in controlling and organizing outsourced services (cleaning, maintenance, security, cafeteria, reception). * Monitor internal requests and demands related to infrastructure and administrative services. * Support procurement and tracking of office supplies and general consumables. **Maintenance and Infrastructure:** * Monitor building maintenance requests and technical support for equipment. * Conduct periodic checklists to ensure preservation and organization of corporate spaces. * Support access control and badge distribution. **Employee Well-being and Experience:** * Assist in organizing internal events, in-person meetings, and training sessions. * Support operational benefits administration and distribution, such as transportation vouchers and parking. * Collaborate on continuous improvement of the workplace environment by proposing space optimization solutions. **Administrative Activities:** * Support contract and documentation control related to Facilities services. * Assist in updating spreadsheets and operational expense reports. * Provide internal customer service, clarifying inquiries and directing requests to responsible departments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies starting from the 5th semester in Administration, Accounting, or Business Administration; * Organized and detail-oriented. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Interest in working in administrative and corporate infrastructure areas. **Additional Information** “The *YAMAHA Group operates its own channel to publish job opportunities.
