In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for managing and promoting the restaurant's products and services, as well as coordinating operational areas including food service, recreation, and leisure. Main Responsibilities: * Manage human and financial resources of the restaurant, executing administrative routines and providing advisory support. * Coordinate and supervise operational teams, ensuring efficiency and quality of customer service. * Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, business profitability, and brand image. * Monitor and analyze performance indicators, such as COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and technical specifications, to support sound decision-making. * Serve as the communication link between staff and senior management, reporting relevant information and proposing improvements.
