




Job Summary: Responsible for preparing doughs, fillings, and desserts, following quality standards and ensuring hygiene and organization in the kitchen. Key Responsibilities: 1. Prepare doughs, desserts, and savory snacks. 2. Ensure food hygiene and safety. 3. Innovate in recipes and presentations. * Prepare bread, cake, pie, savory snack, and general dessert doughs; * Produce fillings, toppings, creams, and syrups; * Follow recipes, quality standards, and technical specifications; * Operate ovens, mixers, and other kitchen equipment; * Ensure hygiene, organization, and food safety in the workplace; * Check ingredient expiration dates and quality; * Assist in inventory control and supply requisition; * Innovate in recipes and presentations when requested.
