Attention to detail in dough preparation and pizza assembly **Responsibilities:** Prepare dough for pizzas and dishes; knead and stretch dough discs; assemble pizzas and dishes; bake pizza discs, and perform other related duties. **Requirements:** Proven experience as a pizzaiolo, proactivity, agility, creativity, and attention to detail.
