If you are communicative, organized, enjoy working with people, and wish to grow in the Human Resources field, this opportunity is for you! **About the opportunity** **Position: Human Resources Assistant** Location: Aparecida neighborhood (downtown), Manaus / Amazonas Monday to Friday \| 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM (1-hour lunch break) **What we expect from you:** Primary support for Recruitment and Selection processes, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding assistance. Secondary support for new employee onboarding, internal training programs, internal marketing initiatives, internal programs, experience evaluations, internal and external customer service, and administrative tasks within the HR department. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. Prior experience in HR routines — particularly in Recruitment and Selection — is desirable.
