Job Summary: Manage operations, team, and administrative routines, ensuring monitoring, performance tracking, and continuous service improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Operational and administrative management of teams and services. 2. Monitoring, performance tracking, and process improvement. 3. Comprehensive involvement in HR and finance department routines. Conduct technical/operational visits and inspections at service locations; perform external operational monitoring activities; hold meetings to track employee progress; monitor and control supervision performance indicators; develop Contract Action Plans; collaborate with other company departments to improve and refine internal and external company standards, methods, and procedures. Customer service, absence control and coverage, recruitment and selection, material distribution and control. Implementation of new services, payroll verification, daily absence control, shift scheduling (weekends), and overall operational department management. Payroll entries (transportation and meal allowance deductions, benefit additions and removals). Union payments, employee onboarding and offboarding, vacation planning and registration. Financial and accounting functions, and staff training. Administrative routines, cash flow control, petty cash management, and expense reporting. Basic computer skills. Completed undergraduate degree. Knowledge of HR department practices and Microsoft Office suite. Experience in administrative and operational management, HR department routines, administrative routines, and related areas. Experience in administrative and operational management of teams in the cleaning and maintenance sector. Management experience. Computer literacy and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
