Job Summary: A formwork professional responsible for the assembly, maintenance, and demobilization of aluminum formwork systems, ensuring quality and technical compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with aluminum formwork assembly and disassembly techniques. 2. Knowledge of system components and ability to interpret engineering drawings. 3. Technical evaluation and maintenance of formwork systems on construction sites. Description: * Aluminum formwork assembly and disassembly techniques. * Knowledge of system components: panels, corner pieces, props, braces, clamps, pins, wedges, etc. * Basic understanding of concrete pouring and curing. * Interpretation of engineering drawings and assembly sketches. * Quality control and verification of plumb, level, and alignment. * Formwork storage and preservation practices. * Knowledge of occupational safety and PPE usage regulations. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with formwork systems from manufacturers such as Forsa, SH, SF, and others. * Experience on large-scale projects or vertical concrete construction projects built in situ. * Technical degree in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Metal Structures, or related fields. * Certification or specialized training in industrialized formwork systems (e.g., aluminum formwork, trussed formwork, or similar) is desirable. Roles and Responsibilities of the Formwork Professional * CHECK\-IN ON SITE (Receiving and Initial Inspection) Objective: Ensure that received aluminum formwork systems are complete, intact, and fit for use according to project technical specifications. Key Technical Activities: * Technical batch verification; * Dimensional and visual inspection; * Inspection of connections and hardware; * Photographic and documentary record; * MONTHLY TECHNICAL CHECKLIST (Maintenance and Performance Monitoring On Site) Objective: Monitor system performance, wear, service life, and technical compliance during active use. Inspection Items: * Panel integrity; * Wear on concrete-contact surfaces; * Alignment and deformation; * Surface roughness verification (impact on concrete finish quality); * Accessories and hardware; * Assembly efficiency; * Concrete pouring history; * Cleaning and storage conditions; * CHECK\-OUT (Demobilization and End-of-Use Closure) Objective: Conduct a technical assessment of the system upon project completion to determine reuse, repair, or disposal.
