Job Responsibilities * Manage both monthly and decadal goals, as well as develop and execute action plans to achieve them; * Monitor key performance indicators; * Serve customers by addressing inquiries and handling other matters related to the services and treatment provided by the company; * Uphold unit standards regarding cleanliness, organization, and adherence to all applicable inspection protocols; * Manage supplies required for the unit under your leadership; * Act as the company's spokesperson and advocate for its policies among internal and external stakeholders; * Proactively pursue partnerships and lead referrals, developing and implementing strategies to meet unit goals; * Prepare work schedules and manage timekeeping for the team under your leadership; * Ensure high-quality and efficient customer service; * Monitor and analyze unit performance, implementing improvements when necessary; * Perform cash reconciliation, requiring flexibility in working hours; * Lead, motivate, and develop the team, fostering a positive work environment; * Resolve issues while maintaining service excellence and safeguarding the company's reputation; * Ensure unit compliance with internal policies and legislation-mandated regulations; * Carry out other related duties. 2511080202181794892
