Promote a quality culture and train employees Coordinate the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring that production processes comply with internal standards, customer requirements, and quality standards (ISO 9000 family), promoting continuous improvement, reduction of non-conformities, and increased operational efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** **Quality Management System** * Maintain, review, and improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 * Control documents, procedures, work instructions, and records * Conduct internal audits and support external audits **Quality in Production Process** * Monitor production stages to ensure compliance with technical specifications * Analyze quality indicators (scrap, rework, efficiency, complaints) * Prevent failures and control production processes * Collaborate with production on process standardization **Continuous Improvement** * Lead process improvement projects and waste reduction initiatives * Support production operations * Promote quality culture and best practices in production **Relationships and Training** * Train employees on quality procedures and standards * Support production areas in interpreting standards and technical requirements * Act as the interface between production, products, procurement, and customers Requirements: **Technical Requirements** * Knowledge of industrial production processes * Proficiency in ISO 9001 / ISO 9000 family standards * Experience conducting internal audits * Knowledge of quality tools * Ability to read and interpret technical documents * Intermediate English proficiency (an advantage) **Preferred Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Production, or related fields.
