Main Job Responsibilities: Responsible for performing clinical laboratory tests; performing and analyzing control analyte results; complying with Quality Management rules; meeting work targets; cleaning workbenches, equipment, and other items relevant to the job; organizing local inventory and notifying analysts when controls, kits, reagents, or other supplies are running low; completing relevant spreadsheets and documents; identifying corrective and preventive actions and non-conformities; assisting new employees with tasks and equipment handling; performing other related duties as assigned by supervisors. Education: Technical or Bachelor's degree. Technical Skills: Knowledge of clinical laboratory services and/or molecular biology/knowledge of laboratory quality management.
