About the Role: We are looking for an **Engineering Intern \| Quality** to work on-site at our Manaus plant, supporting the Quality team in daily activities related to the **Quality Management System (QMS)**. This is an excellent opportunity for engineering students seeking hands-on industrial experience, developing expertise in **quality indicators**, handling Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), equipment calibration, preparation and review of procedures, as well as participation in inspections and internal audits. The intern will also gain direct exposure to **quality tools**, including PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa Diagram, and 5 Whys, contributing to **process standardization** and **continuous improvement**. Work takes place in a collaborative environment with close team mentoring, providing **technical learning**, **process-oriented perspective**, and professional development aligned with the company’s quality, cost, schedule, and safety goals. On-site work model located in the Colônia Oliveira Machado neighborhood, Manaus. Responsibilities: * Assist in scheduling calibration services for production equipment and other instruments; * Support opening and tracking of NCRs; * Assist in analyzing quality indicators; * Support preparation and revision of procedures; * Monitor quality inspections; * Assist in internal audits; * Contribute to the team in preparing presentations. Qualifications: * Students enrolled in Production Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other Engineering programs from the 6th semester onward; * Availability to intern for 6 hours per day in an on-site model; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel for data organization and analysis; * Logical and analytical reasoning—essential for interpreting data and processes; * Basic knowledge of Quality Tools; * Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools (preferred); * Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS); * Knowledge of Quality Tools (5W2H, Ishikawa Diagram, 5 Whys, PDCA);
