




Job Summary: Quality Intern to work in lean manufacturing, TPM, maintenance, and continuous improvement on the shop floor. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation of lean manufacturing and TPM 2. Direct involvement on the shop floor A plastic products manufacturer in Manaus is seeking a Quality Intern. **Responsibilities:** Promote the implementation and sustainability of lean manufacturing and TPM practices. Assist in scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance activities, as well as essential inspection routines. Provide support for Kaizen and mini-Kaizen events focused on continuous improvement. Monitor performance indicators such as OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and availability. Contribute to process standardization, report preparation, controls, and presentations. Work directly on the shop floor in collaboration with production, quality, and maintenance departments. Previous internships in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, or Continuous Improvement may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
