Job Summary: Plan and control production to ensure factory supply, negotiate deadlines, and monitor productivity to meet demand. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for master production planning and daily scheduling. 2. Negotiation and cross-functional interface to optimize production. 3. Production data analysis and presentation of managerial results. **Job Description\*** * Develop the master/initial production plan based on sales requirements, available resources, and MRP analysis to ensure factory supply (M\+3\). * Negotiate delivery timelines with the commercial area and adjust the plan to meet sales needs and expectations. * Negotiate with other departments the necessary strategies to execute the production plan. * Execute and monitor daily production scheduling. * Schedule and monitor Engineering and Production NPIs. * Interface with Engineering to ensure configurations and routings are correctly maintained in SAP to support daily planning. * Monitor productivity and generate reports for control and closing activities. Monitor, report, and align production strategy to meet demand from the Extrema unit. * Collect production data to close the unit’s performance and present results to managers. * Perform weekly and monthly labor hour closing. * Monitor production volumes and control closing of all KITs produced in the factory; track justifications and action plans with Production/AT. * Monitor international raw material shipments. * Generate managerial and closing presentations. * Ensure reports used in managerial meetings are properly updated and available as required by management. * Validate ECNs and assess potential impacts on inventory/production planning. * Ensure production scheduling, monitoring, and related departmental activities. * Ensure data accuracy and strategic alignment to achieve KPIs under responsibility. **Job Requirements\*** * Technical Requirements / Experience: * Bachelor’s degree * 2 years of experience in PCP; experience in electronics cluster companies with SMD assembly (TVs, mobile phones, tablets, notebooks, printed circuit boards, etc.) is preferred. * SAP system proficiency is mandatory. * Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory. * User-level computer literacy is mandatory. * Power BI is preferred. * Intermediate conversational English is preferred. **Behavioral Profile:** * Agile * Multifunctional * Punctual * Team-oriented * Works well under pressure * Organized * Disciplined * Proactive * Focused on tasks * Conflict-resolution capable * Articulate in expressing viewpoints * Emotionally intelligent * Capable of managing and responding to priorities * Analytical persuasion * Centered Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
