About the Position: We are seeking a Production Intern with a focus on processes to join our team at the Manaus plant. This is an opportunity for Production Engineering students to work at the core of operations, supporting the department in data collection and organization, monitoring operational routines, and preparing reports. The intern will have the opportunity to actively contribute to **process standardization** and **continuous improvement**, within a dynamic environment that values safety, quality, and productivity. On-site work model in the Colônia Oliveira Machado neighborhood, Manaus. Responsibilities: * Monitor production planning, assisting in verifying manufacturing orders, deadlines, and required resources for daily operations; * Collect operational data directly on the shop floor—such as quantities produced, equipment downtime reasons, material losses, and scrap—ensuring data accuracy; * Support mapping and documentation of process flows and layouts, contributing to clear diagrams and standardized work instructions; * Verify and organize manual production records, ensuring team entries are complete and legible before digital input; * Assist in executing tests for new production adjustments or methods, documenting observed parameters and results for team analysis; * Contribute to updating performance indicators (e.g., efficiency and productivity) by feeding spreadsheets and management dashboards with collected data; * Perform auxiliary physical inventory counts on the shop floor (e.g., raw materials and finished goods), helping verify control accuracy; * Support workplace organization, helping maintain notice boards, visual indicators, and departmental documents up-to-date and orderly; * Collaborate in drafting and reviewing simple operational documents, such as work instructions and checklists; * Prepare visual materials and progress reports using spreadsheets and presentation tools to communicate production results. Qualifications: * Students enrolled in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering programs from the 6th semester onward; * Availability to intern 6 hours per day; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data organization and analysis; * Logical and analytical reasoning—essential for interpreting data and processes; * Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools (a plus).
