Replace and install hardware components (memory, HDD/SSD, display, keyboard, cards, etc.). Format, configure, and install Windows operating systems and corporate tools. Provide on-site user support for hardware- and software-related IT incidents. Ensure equipment integrity and compliance with safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Proven experience as a Support Technician, IT Technician, or similar role. Solid knowledge of computer and laptop hardware. Must own a mobile phone and personal vehicle for field travel.
