Job Summary: Performs civil, hydraulic, and building maintenance services, supporting technicians in their activities while adhering to quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures Quality and Safety standards **Responsibilities:** * Perform civil maintenance services (masonry, finishing, tiling); room and floor maintenance; installation of frames, partitions, trash bins, cup holders, and various supports; replacement of drains, traps, repairs, and valves for hydraulic systems, etc.; * Perform gutter cleaning and roof maintenance; * Perform assembly, maintenance, and cleaning of hydraulic and sanitary piping systems; * Carry out minor demolition on floors and walls, repair walls; prepare plaster, plaster walls; perform building painting; follow and ensure quality and safety norms and procedures; * Perform maintenance on furniture such as cabinets, tables, chairs, baseboards, doors, locks, etc.; * Support maintenance technicians in their learned activities, assisting with tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed elementary education; * Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance work; * Availability to work on Saturdays and on-call shifts (standby); **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that promote the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
