Job Summary: The Systems Support Specialist will work on Fiscal and Accounting integration, ensuring stability and compliance of corporate systems, with a focus on SAP and Brazilian fiscal localization. Key Highlights: 1. Supporting SAP systems (Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3) 2. Focus on Tax / Localization BR and SAP DRC 3. Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement We are seeking a **Systems Support Specialist** to work on integration between the **Fiscal and Accounting** areas, ensuring system stability, legal compliance, and continuous evolution of corporate systems, with strong expertise in **SAP** and **Brazilian fiscal localization**. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Provide **SAP systems support** (Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support\). * Respond to and resolve **functional incidents**, ensuring business process continuity. * Conduct **Root Cause Analysis (RCA)** and propose effective solutions. * Perform **corrections and parameter adjustments**. * Provide **support to business teams**, translating technical requirements into functional solutions. * Work with **Tax / Localization BR**, including: * ICMS, IPI, ISS, PIS/COFINS, and withholdings. * Work with **SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance)**: * NF\-e, CT\-e, MDF\-e, e\-Reinf, ECF. * Participate in **meetings with key users** and internal departments. * Ensure alignment with technical teams (**ABAP, BASIS, functional consultants, and integration teams**). * Manage **change management**: * Validate transports. * Execute unit and integrated tests. * Support user acceptance testing (UAT) with business areas. * Identify opportunities for **continuous improvement**, proposing process automations and optimizations. ### **Requirements** * Experience in **SAP systems support**. * Experience with the LINX platform. * Solid knowledge of **Brazilian tax legislation** and its systemic impacts. * Strong analytical and **problem-solving skills**. * Attention to detail and an end-to-end **process-oriented mindset**.
