Support to engineering, construction, and maintenance teams in interpreting projects #### **About the Role:** Responsible for developing, analyzing, and coordinating architectural and complementary projects for Group construction projects, utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) methodologies and tools to ensure interdisciplinary integration, technical quality, and constructability of projects. #### **Main Responsibilities:** Develop and review architectural projects in accordance with the company’s technical, operational, and strategic guidelines; Coordinate architectural, structural, electrical, hydraulic, HVAC, and other discipline-specific projects, identifying and resolving interferences; Use BIM tools and methodologies for project coordination, clash detection, and extraction of technical information; Monitor and validate projects developed by partner firms, ensuring compliance with Group standards and specifications; Support Engineering, Construction, and Maintenance teams in interpreting and technically analyzing projects; Participate in multidisciplinary project coordination meetings with internal teams and suppliers; Contribute to standardization and continuous improvement of design processes and architectural solutions applied across Group units; Prepare technical memoranda, reports, and updated as-built drawings. #### **Desired Qualifications (Preferred):** Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; Experience in coordinating architectural and complementary projects; Practical experience with BIM methodology and tools (Revit, Navisworks or similar); Knowledge of technical and legal standards (ABNT, Fire Department, Accessibility, Sanitary Surveillance, etc.); Experience in retail, shopping center, or large-scale building projects is desirable; Proficiency in technical drawing tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office suite, and project management software).
