Don’t wait—apply now! #### **Main Responsibilities:** Plan and coordinate the development of engineering projects; Provide technical support for preparing commercial proposals, project pricing, and defining required resources; Risk management; Maintain regular contact with project, construction, and implementation teams, ensuring compliance with contractual terms; Monitor the area’s team, evaluating work progress and its alignment with the initially established schedule; Prepare performance reports and demonstrative charts for managerial review; Coordinate departmental budgeting and costs; Perform quantitative control of materials; Participate in meetings to present results, action plans, resource needs and support requirements, budget preparation, etc.; Be accountable for administering expenses and resources allocated under their control; Carry out other tasks related to the position, as directed by superiors; #### **Desirable Requirements (Preferred Qualifications):** Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related fields; Minimum of 3 years of proven experience; Familiarity with budgeting and cost management; Familiarity with material quantity take-offs; Customer service skills; Planning and control capabilities; Strategic vision; Strong communication skills; Leadership abilities; Decision-making capability; #### **Benefits:** Family Assistance Network Comprehensive support for you and your loved ones—because well-being begins at home.
