Job Summary: Professional responsible for quality governance, performance analysis, action plans for problem resolution, and communication, ensuring accessibility, continuity, and quality of the technology plant. Development and Execution of Action Plans for Problem Resolution ### **Responsibilities** Quality Governance: Generation of quality and regulatory indicators; creation of controls and governance views by segments (services, products, etc.); control of all variables impacting end\-to\-end service delivery processes; participation in internal working groups, whether technical or business-related; involvement in on-demand projects and awareness of ongoing projects for risk management regarding quality impact. Performance Analysis: Analysis of indicators; weekly, monthly, annual, and multi-year performance monitoring; identification of offenders; handling and participation in company-specific requests. Action Plans for Problem Resolution: Primary responsibility for developing, together with relevant stakeholders, action plans to resolve problems; ensuring execution of agreed-upon plan actions; active participation in defining corrective and preventive actions to ensure quality improvement; participation, when necessary, in tests, trials, and homologations of new automations; supporting process enhancement and ensuring continuous improvement.
