SENIOR PROJECT ANALYST

Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for project planning, monitoring, and execution, ensuring deadlines, costs, quality, and strategic alignment, while also supporting managers and teams in carrying out activities. Risk mapping and continuous process improvement Responsible for project planning, monitoring, and execution across the company, ensuring adherence to deadlines, costs, quality, and alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and monitor project schedules * Monitor KPIs, costs, and deliverables * Serve as liaison between departments involved in projects * Prepare management reports and presentations * Map risks and propose process improvements * Monitor implementation of new projects and processes * Ensure compliance with established deadlines and goals * Support managers and teams in executing activities ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related fields * Experience in project management and monitoring * Knowledge of KPIs and process control * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency * Strong communication and organizational skills ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with project management tools * Experience in industrial or agribusiness environments * Knowledge of Power BI * Analytical mindset and strategic vision **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze monthly performance reports; * Support Project Managers in decision-making; * Participate in drafting functional and technical specifications for proposal execution; * Organize and control document flow; * Conduct company-wide process mapping; * Deliver training to internal clients on project management; * Perform performance analysis and prepare management reports; * Monitor operations in real time with a focus on customer satisfaction; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience with IT projects is desirable; * Experience as a Product Owner (PO); * Experience in process mapping and gathering functional and non-functional requirements; * Knowledge of BPMN and flowcharts; * Ability to handle conflicts and pressure related to customer service; * Leadership profile.
