Job Summary: Industrial Production Manager responsible for contract management, process optimization, and coordination with support departments to ensure smooth production flow. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of contracts and production targets 2. Identification of opportunities for continuous improvement 3. Coordination with corporate support departments INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION MANAGER VARGINHA \- MG ON-SITE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND CHALLENGES ✓ Full management of contracts established with clients, concerning results (production targets), product quality, ensuring operational effectiveness – efficiency/effectiveness. ✓ Identify opportunities/solutions for continuous improvement (processes and procedures), developing/implementing action plans using relevant tools (PDCA, SPC, Production Mapping, Visual Management, among others), with appropriate guidance to operational leaders. ✓ Coordinate with corporate support departments (Purchasing, Production Planning and Control, HR, Finance, Quality, Logistics) to ensure production flow aligns with daily, weekly, and monthly demands of existing contracts. TECHNICAL AND BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES ➢ **Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering or Nutrition is preferred.** **➢ Significant experience in industrial companies within the Food sector (mandatory), and prior experience in senior roles / leading multifunctional teams.** ➢ Proficiency in electronic spreadsheets and ERP systems. ➢ Analytical capability in problem-solving and decision-making. ➢ Persuasiveness (influencing, mobilizing, and aligning teams to achieve results). ➢ Emotional Maturity (team leadership, working under pressure, conflict management).
