Job Description: **Job Mission** * Ensure the accuracy and precision of analyses. * Perform analyses according to procedures and established frequencies to avoid impacting production line performance. * Support operations through instructions and training. **Key Responsibilities** * Collect and perform physicochemical and sensory analyses on finished products, raw materials, and water. * Collect and perform microbiological analyses on finished products, water, and air. * Manage non-conformities (re-analysis of non-conforming products, leading ADF and NO actions). * Develop and review analytical methodologies. * Manage inventory of supplies (reagents, utensils, equipment). * Enter results into spreadsheets and release/hold products in SAP. * Support the equipment calibration program. * Issue analysis reports. * Analyze packaging materials. * Report analysis deviations. * Deliver general training. * Comply with and uphold Quality and Food Safety requirements. * Participate in and serve as a support channel for safe behavior initiatives. * Promote General Mills' cultural archetypes. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, or related fields; * Analytical skills; * Technical knowledge in chemistry; * Technical knowledge in sensory analysis; * Basic knowledge of equipment calibration; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Basic English proficiency; * Availability to work the second shift.
