We operate with ethics, respect, and integrity, ensuring a fair environment where the rules are clear and growth is based on merit and commitment. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the team under your responsibility—assigning tasks, monitoring performance, motivating staff, and promoting employee development to achieve planned objectives; * Support the Human Resources department by complying with people management policies and procedures—conducting performance evaluations, participating in recruitment and selection processes, assessing probationary periods, and other related activities—to meet established goals; * Deliver operational training and technical support to the team, equipping operators with knowledge of best inventory practices, material handling, system usage, and correct item identification; * Ensure inventory accuracy by controlling and validating receipts, issues, and transfers; monitoring inventory routines and stock adjustments; * Organize warehouse layout and material storage—planning item placement to optimize space, facilitate access, and preserve product integrity; * Monitor performance indicators, tracking KPIs related to accuracy, turnover, losses, service lead times, and team productivity; * Prepare performance and other relevant reports upon request to support clarification and decision-making; * Support continuous improvement initiatives by proposing and implementing actions to optimize processes, reduce losses, and increase operational efficiency; * Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards—enforcing internal procedures, proper use of PPE, safe storage practices, and implementation of the Weekly Safety Dialogue (DSS); * Manage the 5S Program across warehouse areas; * Identify and report obsolete, damaged, or slow-moving materials—supporting decisions on disposal, reuse, or reclassification based on technical and operational criteria; * Periodically inspect equipment used by operators (e.g., data collectors, pallet jacks, stackers, ladders, etc.), identifying wear or failures and requesting corrective maintenance or replacement to ensure safety, operational continuity, and asset preservation; * Supervise and control inventory activities—organizing the team, guiding counts, and ensuring collected data is accurate and aligned with the system. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Production Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Pharmacy Partnership Life Insurance On-site Cafeteria Shuttle Service Alelo Meal Voucher Children’s Education Assistance Study Incentive Scholarship Family Visit Day Occupational Physician Prática University Zero Absenteeism Program Wellhub (Gympass) ### **JOIN PRÁTICA AND CONTRIBUTE TO THE EVOLUTION OF THE FOOD INDUSTRY!** **At Prática, we create solutions that transform the daily operations of the food industry.
