We work so that people can smile more and better, without fear of being happy! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Execute the onboarding process, including registering employees in People Management systems, verifying and collecting documents, obtaining signatures, and submitting information to eSocial; * Provide first-level support to employees, clarifying doubts and supporting HR routine activities; * Administer company benefits, performing updates in control spreadsheets, calculations, verifications, and other related tasks; * Manage and verify benefit entries, ensuring accurate maintenance of information; * Perform electronic time clock-related activities, such as configuration, replacement of consumables (e.g., thermal paper rolls), and signature collection; * Control and manage ID badges using the internal system; * Support the offboarding process, assisting with signature collection and other operational demands; * Execute registrations and documentation controls related to vacations, terminations, union homologations, and procedures with the Ministry of Labor, per leadership guidance; * Enter Benefit Invoices into SAP, controlling and forwarding information to the Finance Department for payment; * Support and monitor implementation of Compensation & Benefits and Job Classification policies, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines; * Contribute to the development, review, and updating of Job Descriptions, ensuring alignment with organizational structure and business needs; * Assist in market compensation research, providing inputs for salary competitiveness analysis. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and onboarding processes; * Experience with Senior system and eSocial; * Basic knowledge of Personnel Department routines; * Familiarity with SAP system is considered a plus. **Additional Information*** **Initial Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher; * Food Allowance; * Wedding Gift; * Newborn Gift; * Clarear Program: Comprehensive Health; * Wellhub (Gympass) * **Benefits After Probation Period:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance (DentalUni); * Life Insurance; * Partnerships with Educational Institutions; * Partnerships with Language Schools; * Daycare Assistance (per company policies); * Education Assistance | After 12 months (per company policies); *Learn more on our careers page via Gupy or on our website (**https://fgmdentalgroup.com**).* **Transforming Lives Through Smiles** — this is FGM’s purpose.
