Requirements:
Map critical assembly line processes;
Analyze, propose, and implement improvements to the production process;
Perform time studies, product balancing, GBO distribution, calculate and register product targets;
Create Work Instruction Sheets for the production line, implement training programs, and train staff on manufacturing processes;
Design and implement improvements to increase productivity on the assembly line.
Design, draw, fabricate, assemble, and ensure production optimization through fixtures and equipment;
Implement corporate Strategic Planning and Manufacturing Planning guidelines;
Monitor Quality KPIs and drive actions to meet Business Unit targets;
Control and maintain the Manufacturing Engineering module in the E.M.S. system.
Required Qualifications:
Completed or ongoing university degree in Engineering or related fields;
Full Microsoft Office suite proficiency;
Experience in industrial/manufacturing/process engineering;
English proficiency is a plus.
