Job Summary: This position supports goals, activates and maintains customers, provides technical support, diagnoses faults, installs and maintains telecommunications equipment and network infrastructure, participates in projects, and ensures compliance. Participation in installation and maintenance projects. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Support departmental goals and KPIs; assist in customer activation and maintenance; provide technical support and configure equipment; assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network faults; support installations and maintenance of fiber optic equipment and networks; assist in internet tower activities; retrieve equipment from customers; assist in fiber optic cable splicing, fusion, and preparation; inspect network and equipment defects; support preventive and corrective network maintenance; assist in fiber, cable, and optical box alignment; respond to fiber optic cable breaks; support the development and execution of installation projects; assist in technical documentation of activities; perform high-altitude work using PPE and collective protection equipment (CPE); operate company vehicles; assist in electrical systems, air conditioning, and lightning protection systems (SPDA); support communication installations; participate in new project implementations; assist in generator handling; participate in on-call duty schedules; support information gathering for network inventory and documentation; assist in material and asset movement and control; implement process improvements within the department; comply with ethics code and compliance regulations; travel as required; serve internal and external stakeholders; perform related duties as needed. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed elementary education. **Preferred Requirements:** -------------------------- Technical experience in the telecommunications field is preferred. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- Meal allowance Starbem \- Health and Wellness Telecare Day off Group life insurance Corporate University \- Mhnet Ensina Internet discount after probation period Transportation allowance Wellhub (Gympass) Mobile plan discount **Work Location:** ---------------------- Joaçaba/SC **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 08:00–12:00 and 13:30–17:30 \- Saturdays 08:00–12:00
