Identify the customer's actual needs and route tickets to the appropriate department(s). Analyze, simulate, and diagnose issues for technical escalation. Operate customer support systems/tools. Monitor information regarding released versions of Consistem products. Manage information conflicts with customers. Participate in and contribute to squad analyses and decisions. Collaborate in disseminating information and building corporate knowledge (e.g., content creation, project handovers, paired learning, mentoring). Previous experience as a Technical Support Specialist, Help Desk Analyst, Technical Support Technician, or Customer Service Analyst may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
