With over 1,200 employees, 7 branches across Brazil, and an office in China, we are expanding rapidly—and we want you on this championship team! **Job Responsibilities:** * Lead, guide, and supervise the industrial cleaning auxiliary team; * Directly perform operational cleaning tasks alongside the team, including ground-level and elevated work, using aerial work platforms when necessary; * Ensure comprehensive factory cleaning is carried out according to schedule, quality standards, and established requirements; * Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and provide daily support to the team; * Ensure the team maintains professional personal appearance and conduct daily; * Ensure proper use of PPE, equipment, resources, and facilities per company requirements; * Strictly comply with all company and client procedures, safety regulations, and specifications; * Support training sessions, Daily Safety Talks (DDS/DTO), and implementation of safety best practices; * Report incidents, deviations, and operational needs to supervision. **Requirements:** * Prior experience leading operational teams; * Availability to perform hands-on operational tasks on-site; * Knowledge of safety regulations and working at height; * Strong communication skills, organization, and sense of responsibility. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial cleaning; * Experience or certification in Aerial Work Platforms (AWP).
